- I have been investing in real estate since 1999 and across the United States since 2004 and currently have real estate holdings and/or invested in Hawaii, Indiana, Florida and Ohio that range from single-family homes and apartment complexes to commercial real estate. I the author of Answering the “What If’s” in Real Estate, a public speaker, trainer and Mentor. I am familiar with all aspects of real estate investing, including, but not limited to, wholesaling, lease options, subject to, options, retailing, property management, short sales, foreclosures, and rehabbing from locating, evaluating, acquiring (conventionally and creatively), and liquidating. I’ve taught everything from basic real estate classes to advanced strategies like Creative Financing, Property Management and Foreclosures. As a real estate trainer and mentor I have trained 1000’s of people across the country on the subject of real estate investing with several of them becoming millionaires.
