Paul has been investing in real estate since 1999 and across the United States since 2004. He has real estate holdings and/or invested in Hawaii, Indiana, Florida and Ohio that range from single-family homes and apartment complexes to commercial real estate. He is the Senior Managing Partner for Realestate-Extreme, LLC and the Founder/President of Hawaii Real Estate Investors. Paul is familiar with all aspects of real estate investing, including, but not limited to, wholesaling, lease options, subject to, options, retailing, property management, short sales, foreclosures, and rehabbing from locating, evaluating, acquiring (conventionally and creatively), and liquidating. He has taught everything from basic real estate classes to advanced strategies like Creative Financing, Property Management and Foreclosures. As a real estate trainer and mentor he has trained 1000’s of people across the country on the subject of real estate investing with several of them becoming millionaires.
